IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A CUSTOM SET?
Unfortunately custom and personalised orders are not available at this time. However, new packs are being released all the time, get in touch with us if you have a request for a new pack. All new packs come from customer demand, so please let us know what you want next!

WHAT SIZE ARE THE MAGNETS?
Each magnet tile is roughly 0.9cm tall and vary in length depending on the word size.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY MAGNETS?
Keep dry and flat. Each magnet tile has a glossy laminate to deter staining, however it is recommended that they are handled with clean dry hands to ensure the longevity of the product.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds will only be made using the original payment method. Please note that delivery fees paid are non-refundable.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Australia Post gives an estimate only of shipping time frames, we are not responsible for any delays during this process. Once ANY package has left us, we cannot be held responsible for what happens to the package during transit or upon receipt. We will do everything in our power to make sure that packages will arrive to the customer and in a timely fashion but have no control over what happens after the item has been shipped.
Please get in touch if you have concerns about the whereabouts of your parcel, however please be aware that many situations are out of our control and we will recommend getting in touch with the courier.
ARE TAXES INCLUDED IN MY PURCHASE?
Australian GST is included in all prices.
Our postage quotes are based on the pricing structure by Australia Post. We do not have details of individual countries customs regulations or taxes and therefore will not be held responsible for these fees/taxes/amounts and are payable by the receiver. If you believe there might be taxes issued for your order, we suggest you make enquiries with your Customs department or postal service before ordering to avoid any unwanted surprises.
MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY WHAT CAN I DO?
While the greatest care has been taken to ensure all products are of the highest quality, from time to time manufacturing errors do occur. Please get in touch with us and we are happy to help sort out a solution.
